The Bushmills 21 years old is initially matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels and Spanish ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. This matured whisky is then transferred to Madeira casks for the last two years of the 21 years maturation. Delivering notes of toffee, raisins and orange.

Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla toffee, spiced honey and fruit

Palate:  Dried fruits, slight nuttiness with a hint of summer fruits.

Finish:  Sweet Syrupy finish with a touch of mint
