This independently bottled single malt whisky has been taken from refill butt and produced only 561 bottles for worldwide distribution. The spirit is from the Ben Nevis distillery and has been complimented by the barrel in hich it was stored and matured for 22 years.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Baked apples, kiwi and white grapes, touches of beeswax, citrus and barley sugars

Palate: Lemon balm, tropical fruits, green olives and sweet cereal notes.

Finish: Baked apples, tropical fruits and brine.

Label: This was inspired by Ben Nevis and the mountains surrounding Fort William.
