Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Light smoke followed by ginger, macerated cherries, dark chocolate, a ferny forrest.

Palate: A big bite with a deep mellow buzz to finish, orange, pepper, plum

Finish: A tingling sweet sensation, peppery and warm
