We’re not discussing a whisky you’d find everyday here, this is something extra special. Matured in a 1st Fill ex-sherry Hogshead for 9 long years which allows the whisky to develop grace, finesse, style and sophistication. That’s just its looks.

The colour unlike any whisky you have ever seen. Polished Rosewood, graces the eyes. Limited to 282 bottles worldwide and we only received a few of them.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Okay we could be a while. raisins, plums, pomegranate, figs but all quite unripened. Toffee sweetness, freshly baked sponge with a drizzle of double cream.

Palate: Toffee sweetness with a slight hint of burnt butter, again sponge cake, creamy with ginger snap biscuits and some raisin sweetness.

Finish: This whisky does say ‘I’m young’ but that’s just perfect. It fits the profile so well and at 67.1% abv combines all the flavours well for a memorable drinking experience.
