Our Tasting Notes
Nose:  Toasted marshmallows, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Slightly spirity and acidic with a hit of sulphur. Vanilla reveals itself as does some spice.

Palate:  Vanilla, chocolate orange, some tropical fruits and toasted almonds. Date and figs combine with spice.

Finish:  Long and satisfying spirit. Perfect ‘home from work’ dram.
