Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Christmas cake, milk chocolate ganache, passionfruit sorbet, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: Bread and butter pudding, iced coffee, chocolate eclairs, apple pie, liquorice root.

Finish: Plenty of oak and Sherry with a long finish.
