Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Burnt orange peel, rich and surprisingly spicy. Clooty dumpling, roasted hazelnuts and walnuts. Balanced oak aromas.

Palate: Cranberries and raspberries, rum soaked raisins and sultanas, ‘the Wootton workshop’, slithered almonds, crushed walnuts and toasted Brazil nuts.

Finish: Creamy vanilla and spiced oak, rich and luxurious.
