Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Lots of mineral and ashy. Citrus and freshly cooked crumpets with raisins.

Taste: Cherries, raspberries, cranberries combine well with salty sea air and a slight sooty smoke.

Finish: The citrus and smoke are back with more red fruits.
