Lark Single Cask LD670 Heavily Peated Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky (500ml)

This peat-smoked Lark expression is made up of 100% Tasmanian peated barley and matured for 6.5 years in an ex-Heaven Hill Bourbon cask. Whilst it is “heavily peated” by Lark standards; the smoke presents as a rich char flavour on the finish. Released at 46% it is balancing out the peat influence with the rich toffee of Lark spirit and the bright citrus and vanilla of the bourbon cask.

Being a single cask, there are a very limited amount of bottles available out there, 309 bottles to be exact.  Making this an extremely sought after expression from one of Tasmania’s most renowned distilleries.
