Another ‘Double Cask’ release from Signatory Vintage. They’ve picked this from one of Diageo’s lesser known distilleries. In recent years this distillery is best known for its starring role in the 2016 Diageo special releases outturn which were simply spectacular and hopefully gained this distillery some ground in recognition. Mannochmore is one of the Diageo distilleries where most of the production is used in the blends and is the distillery that produced the infamous Loch Dhu bottlings.

This sngle malt is light in style with stone fruits and elements of grassy malt, green apples and ripe pears. These elements combine with honeysuckle, vanilla custard and cinnamon.

This bottling was distilled on the 27th of April 2007, and bottled at 43% abv on the 25th of April 2018, having matured in twin Hogsheads for 10 years.
