Created by the Matsui Shuzou distillery is this blended malt from the Kurayoshi Japanese whisky range. Created using malt whiskies from Scotland, transported over to Japan, blended with Japanese malt whiskies and brought down to bottling strength with volcanic-rock-filtered water.

Superb whisky from this small innovative distillery.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Honey sweetness combines with grassy notes, freshly buttered bread and toasted oak.

Palate: Vanilla and orange zest freshness. Toasted oak and spice.

Finish: The vanilla appears again and is just superb with the smoke.
