Official Tasting Notes
With a natural colour of honey, the nose leads with orange, dried fruit and apple.  Vanilla, toffee and chocolate nestle under an oak canopy.  The palate is warming, as wood spices meander unveiling nutmeg, cinnamon, and hints of dried ginger and toffee.  Fruit appears late, fresh and balanced with new oak.  The finish is soft and lingering.
